Foreign teachers and staffs that are employed by Foreign Affair Department and colleges of the university can apply for teacher library card (valid for a year) with letter of introduction issued by Foreign Affair Department. Overseas students can apply for student library card (in accordance with degree) with letter or list of introduction issued by Foreign Affair Department and valid student identity card or campus card


Overseas students who are not enrolled in the university yet; foreigners who enroll to study language in the university; and foreigners who give lectures, have exchange and visit in the university, can apply for library card (valid for a year) with letter of introduction issued by Foreign Affair Department, an ID photo and RMB200 (as deposit).
